We are pleased to offer a home care mentorship program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to excel in your venture as a new agency owner. The program includes weekly training sessions that cover various aspects of the agency's operations, marketing, and recruitment processes. In addition, monthly open office hours will be held via Zoom for 90 minutes. Participants will also have access to downloadable materials and replay training videos for further review.

Weekly Training Sessions:

Weekly training sessions will be conducted to cover topics such as operations, marketing, and recruitment. Each session will be conducted virtually and recorded, allowing participants to attend from the comfort of their homes or offices. Monthly Open Office Hours:

Once a month, an open office hour session will be held via Zoom for 90 minutes. This session will provide staff members with an opportunity to ask questions, seek advice, and share their experiences with other participants. The open office hours will be led by senior staff members who have extensive experience in the homecare industry.

Downloads and Replays:

Participants will have access to downloadable materials and replay training videos for further review. These videos will be available on our online platform, allowing participants to access them at any time. The replay feature will enable participants to revisit key concepts, review important information, and reinforce their understanding of the material covered in the training sessions.
